The Ontario Content In Our Systems:

Vigor Systems are compliant with the Ontario Content Requirement for 2009-2010 installs.

In Ontario, The Ontario Power Authority has created a Feed In Tariff (FIT) (greater than 10kW) and a Micro-Feed in Tariff (10kW or less) to pay generators for the renewable energy they sell back to the electrical grid.

The FIT program (over 10kW) requires that your system have a minimum 50% of Ontario Content to be eligible to enter a contract with the Ontario Power Authority in 2009-2010. In 2011 a 60% Ontario Content is required for new applications. Micro-FIT`s (10kW or less) minimum is 40% for installs in 2009-2010 and 60% Ontario Content in 2011.
