Dale Brubacher-Cressman PEng

Vice President of Engineering 

Dale spent 17 years at BlackBerry-maker Research In Motion helping build the company from startup to a world-renowned corporation. His most recent responsibilities included director of the Handheld Engineering group and Program Manager for the BlackBerry 8700. As Program Manager and reporting directly to the COO, Dale oversaw all aspects of product development including product and market definition, hardware and software development, quality assurance, new product introduction and manufacturing. 

Dale obtained a BASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 1987. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Community Renewable Energy Waterloo (CREW). He also serves on the board of directors of several businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
